Our Ridiculous Mission

We’re on a mission to end the global epidemic of people shouting “CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW?!” into their phones. Born out of sheer frustration with VoIP services that sound like they’re being transmitted through a potato, Wong Call is the result of telecommunications experts who simply couldn’t take one more dropped call during an important meeting.

The Wong Origin Story

Founded in 2025 by a band of telecom rebels (who may or may not have been rage-quitting after a particularly terrible conference call), Wong Call started as a bet: “How hard could it be to make calls that actually work?” Turns out, pretty hard—but we’re stubborn.

Our founders spent decades building communications infrastructure for giant tech companies, where they repeatedly banged their heads against walls asking, “Why is no one fixing this?!” Eventually, they decided to stop complaining and start building.

What began as a side project fueled by spite and caffeine has evolved into a platform that’s making people say, “Wait, I can actually hear everyone clearly? What sorcery is this?”
